    The Method: Using Integrative Attachment Theory (IAT) and neuroscience to identify and reframe your limiting beliefs. Deep diving into your subconscious needs and co-create strategies to effectively meet them.

    Your Result: A shift from anxiety-driven performance to internal self-support. Your inner critic becomes an ally rather than a source of friction. Your mind is less distracted and has more capacity for targeted focus & attention.

    • Observe when boundaries or needs are crossed and how to move for action
