My Story
Season 1: The High-Performance Mask
Hi, I’m Lindsey.
And if you’re like me when I started this journey, you’re done with things not working. You know life can be easier and juicier -and you’re ready for it. You’ve Boomed and Busted for the last time. I get it because I lived it.
For years, I was the over -extending "High-Performer." On the outside, I was the cheerleader—fun, high-energy - organizing events and receiving fabulous feedback. Inside, I was driven by a relentless perfectionism, need to perform and a fear that if the mask slipped, I would look pretty stupid.
Season 2: Reaching the Limit
My self-worth was a performance.
I hit my "total limit" multiple times, resulting in a cycle of exhaustion, collapse, and eventually, a divorce. Later on, I’d be physically in the room, but I was suffering from Presenteeism—my body was at the desk, but my system was elsewhere, trying to survive the load.
I realized that the nervous system doesn’t differentiate between "work stress" and "life stress." It only knows it has a limit and it’s capacity. My recovery didn't come from one productivity trick; it’s a multi year journey of studying, woring with my nervous system, and rewiring the beliefs that fueled it. And I realized, I’m not the only one needing this.
“After supporting 100+ companies I realized that ‘disengagement’ wasn’t a lack of motivation—it was a nervous system hitting its total limit. I created C.O.R.E. because the corporate world was missing the somatic tools to turn ‘survival mode’ back into ‘intentional mode’.”
Season 3: Systemizing Transformation
My perspective is unique to combine:
10 Years in HR Tech Consulting: Implementing systems for organizations ranging from Fortune 500s to startups.
130+ Organizational Cultures: A front-row seat to how different systems handle (or fail) their people.
Nervous System Intelligence & Attachment Theory: The lens of human safety and behavior
The Dual Responsibility: I saw that change must happen on the individual level to the organizational level to work
C.O.R.E. Framework™ applied to self, teams, personal relationships, project teams and wider
C.O.R.E.™ is a framework for self-leadership at scale.
Today, my mission is to provide the C.O.R.E. Capacity Framework™—a systemized approach to help you build an intentional life, anchored in your own resilient state. It’s an intentional approach working with the body-mind as one system to help you build an intentional life, balanced on your vision so you too can maximize your true potential.
